In a multinational organization, I integrated messaging strategies, change management, corporate events, and engagement initiatives to foster meaningful connections among teams. From developing structured communication plans to guiding organizational transformations and designing impactful events, my approach ensured that messages resonated deeply, strengthened corporate culture, and directly supported business objectives. In this project, applying change management methodology, I worked in alignment with the business strategy, integrating messages that promote clarity and transparency at all levels of the organization.
