Workplace Academy is a prototype corporate training platform designed to support continuous employee development while aligning with organizational goals. Focused on usability and user experience (UI/UX), the application facilitates interactive learning through courses, videos, webinars, quizzes, and a collaboration network for knowledge sharing.

The design process was guided by key UX principles such as simplicity, visual hierarchy, and consistency. The development journey began with User Research, gathering insights into corporate training needs and employee learning behaviors. From there, User Personas were created to represent diverse learner profiles, helping tailor the experience to different professional roles. Through Journey Mapping, we outlined the ideal learning path, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement. The structural foundation was built through Wireframing, laying out the information architecture, and refining it through UX Design methodologies to enhance usability. The UI Design phase emphasized clarity, accessibility, and branding, ensuring a visually appealing and intuitive interface. A robust Design System was established to maintain consistency across all screens, with reusable components that streamline development and scalability.

The Prototyping phase, conducted in Figma, resulted in a high-fidelity, 50+ screen interactive model, allowing stakeholders to experience the app’s functionality firsthand. User Testing provided critical feedback, leading to Iteration & Refinement, where adjustments were made based on real user interactions. To ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation, the project included Handoff & Documentation, detailing design specifications for developers and stakeholders. This structured approach ensures adaptability to corporate needs, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth. With a strong foundation in UI/UX principles and corporate training methodologies, Workplace Academy serves as an innovative tool for enhancing employee skills, bridging knowledge gaps, and empowering organizations to cultivate a culture of learning and development.
