VIVA is a high-fidelity prototype for a furniture shopping app, developed as part of an academic project to explore innovation in e-commerce experiences. Designed in Figma, the app prioritizes intuitive navigation, seamless shopping flows, and immersive product visualization through 3D models and augmented reality (AR).

The project aimed to solve common furniture e-commerce challenges, such as difficulty in visualizing products in real spaces, decision fatigue, and checkout friction. To enhance the user experience, VIVA integrates customization features, personalized recommendations, and an interactive AR experience, allowing users to place virtual furniture in their environments before making a purchase. Design & Development Process: The prototype was structured through a user-centered design approach, ensuring usability and engagement.
